丁寧に真心を込めて作り上げた逸品を仕出し弁当としてお届けしております

流れHow to Order

  1. ご注文についてPlacing Your Order

    お届けのお日にちの2日前午後12時までにWEBにてご注文をお願い致します You can place your order by e-mail by 12:00PM of 2 days before your pickup date.

  2. ご注文内容のご確認Confirmation of Your Order

    ご注文を頂いてから一両日中に頂いた連絡先に内容の確認をさせて頂きます We will contact you within two days after receiving your order.

  3. お弁当のお届けについてHow to Pick Up Your Order

    ご予約頂いた日時にご用意させて頂きますので、店舗までお越しくださいませ You can pick up your order at our location at the date and time you specified.

  • ご注文内容のご確認About Confirmation of Your Order

    ご注文を頂いてから一両日中に頂いた連絡先に内容の確認をさせて頂きます We will contact you within two days after receiving your order.

  • 代金のお支払いについてAbout Minimum Order Value

    一回のご注文につき15,000円(消費税別)以上より承ります Minimum order value is 15, 000 yen (without consumption tax) per order.

  • お支払いについてAbout Payment

    現金又はクレジットカードでのお支払いとなります。※法人のお客様は請求書にてお支払いも承ります We accept cash or credit cards.
    (Payment on invoice is also possible for corporate customers.)

  • 領収書についてAbout Invoice

    申込用紙にご記入ください。当日ご用意させて頂きます If you need an invoice, please indicate so in the order form.
    You will receive the invoice on the pickup date.

  • 変更についてAbout Making Changes

    数量などの変更は1日前の11時までにお知らせ下さい
    例)水曜日にお受け取りの場合は火曜日の11時までにご連絡をお願い致します Please inform us of the changes by 11:00AM of 1 days before the pickup date.
    (e.g., if your pickup date is Tuesday, please contact us by Monday 11:00AM.)

  • キャンセルについてAbout Cancellation

    2日前18時以降は50%・前日18時以降は100%となります
    例) 水曜日にお受け取りの場合は月曜日の18時以降50%、火曜日18時以降は100%となります If the cancellation is made after 18:00AM of 2 days before the pickup date,
     there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total amount.
    If the cancellation is made after 18:00AM of the day before the pickup day,
     the cancellation fee is 100%.
